San Storage

You can purchase additional storage on our Shared Storage Device. This will be instantly attached to your server as a disk, at which point you can format it and mount it. We offer various options, starting from 50GB all the way to 500GB. You can also purchase this as an addon from your Control Panel after your server has been provisioned.

cPanel

We have an automated installation process configured on our servers. When you buy a KVM VPS cpanel will be installed on your package. This is inclusive of any package that you choose to buy

Additional IP

Your server comes with 1 IP, plus 1 Additional IP where listed. Additional IP addon can be purchased at the time of your order or from your Control Panel after your server has been provisioned. Please note that the IP Addresses will be assigned randomly and so it is not possible to assign a particular IP Address or IP Addresses in a particular range.

Q. What are the advantages of VPS Hosting?

With VPS Hosting, you have complete isolation. This means that no matter what other users might be doing on the server, your VPS package will be unaffected. With root access, you can install whatever applications you require. VPS also gives you guaranteed resources, so no matter what, the CPU,RAM, HDD and Bandwidth allocated to your VPS package will always be available for your applications. Q. What is a KVM VPS?

A KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a virtual private server which sits on top of a physical dedicated server. Resources are dedicated to the KVM VPS and are not shared with other users on the physical device, offering tremendous reliability and performance.

Q. What is the difference between KVM and OpenVZ?

A KVM is true virtualization where the VPS operates as its own server, independently of the host node. OpenVZ is a container based virtualization which relies on the host node’s kernel

Q. What hosting panels are supported with HDD and SSD type plans ?

When you buy any HDD server, we have an automated installation process configured, which installs cPanel on your package. For SSD servers, cPanel and Plesk are optional panels and can be purchased and installed.

Q. Is a Dedicated IP available?

Yes, at an additional cost. You can raise a support ticket to get a dedicated IP.

Q. What kind of support do you offer?

Our support team will assist you in managing your servers. For a list of items that we support, please refer to the features mentioned above

Q. What is your backup policy?

You are responsible for your backups and web content. It is recommended that you keep copies of your content safe and make your own backups. You can take a backup from your cPanel or use a remote backup solution.

Q. Is Upgrade/Downgrade possible?

Yes, you can upgrade our VPS SSD (USA & India) plans at any point. Moreover, the storage for the VPS US plans can be expanded when needed.
We don’t support downgrade on any variant.

Q. Can I upgrade from HDD-based to SSD-based plan or vice-versa?

Unfortunately, upgrades are not supported to plans having different storage type. You can only upgrade from a lower SSD plan to a higher SSD one and vice versa.

Q. When should I choose SSD or HDD?

SSD is recommended when you need high speed with limited disk space. HDD is suited for applications with more storage space and limited disk operations.

Q. Can I expand the storage on my server?

Yes you can. You can purchase additional storage on our Shared Storage Device. This will be instantly attached to your server as a disk, at which point you can format it and mount it. We offer various options, starting from 50GB all the way to 500GB.

Q. How do I access my VPS Server?

There are several ways to access your server:

• SSH – you can access your server through any SSH client using the root credentials we provide to you
• cPanel – if you have chosen to purchase cPanel from us, you can access and manage your server through the cPanel/WHM control panel
• Dedicated Server Control Panel – you can also perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel, which comes bundled with every server

Q. What is the Operating System (OS) that is installed on my server?

Every server comes installed with Cloud Linux.

Q. Do you provide Reverse DNS(rDNS) and IPv4?

We can setup Reverse DNS for your IPv4 IP, please submit a Support Ticket after your server has been provisioned.

Q. Do you provide IPv6?

Note we do not support IPv6 on our VPS servers.

Q. What Payment methods do you offer?

We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) payment through PayPal and Stripe secure processing servers. You do not have to have a Paypal Account in order to pay by Credit Card. For security we do not store Credit Card infomation on our server. We also accept Direct Deposit (Australian Customers) and International Bank Transfer (International Customers)
