Please go to your Online Invoice in the Client Area of your account.
To pay by Credit Card through PayPal:
- From the menu click on Billing --> My Invoices
- Select Unpaid next to the Invoice you wish to pay.
- From the Invoice, click on the PayPal Check Out button.
4. If you do not see the PayPal Check Out button, select the Payment Method
5. The Invoice will change and then you should be able to see the PayPal Check Out button.
6. Follow the instructions on the PayPal screen.

8. Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Click on the Continue Link
To pay by Credit Card through Stripe:
- From the menu click on Billing --> My Invoices
- Select Unpaid next to the Invoice you wish to pay.
- From the Invoice, click on the Pay Now button.
4. If you do not see the Pay Now button, select the Payment Method - Stripe - Credit Card - 2 day processing
5. The Invoice will change and then you should be able to see the Pay Now button.
6. After you have clicked on the Pay Now button, you will be able to enter a new Credit Card or use an existing Credit Card.
7. Click Submit Payment
NB: We do not store Credit Card details on our server. Payments are processed securely by Stripe
It can take up to 2 business days for this payment method to clear. (longer close to or/on Weekends or Public Holidays).
Your service will become active once the payment has been cleared.
