If you wish to set up your email program on your local machine to include checking mail for email account?eg: joeblogs@auzzie.biz please use the following settings for Outlook Express:

Instructions for Outlook Express:

1. 1. Open Outlook Express
   2. From the Tools menu choose Accounts
   3. Select the Mail tab at the top
   4. Click on Add and then Mail
   5. Display Name: Type in your real name eg: Joe Blogs, click Next
   6. Email address: [enter your actual email address] eg: joeblogs@auzzie.biz click Next
   7. My Incoming mail server is a: POP3 server
      Incoming Mail Server: mail.auzzie.biz
      Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.auzzie.biz  click Next
   8. Account name: [Enter your  email address] eg: joeblogs@auzzie.biz
   9. Password: [enter your email password], click Next
   10. Click Finish

Troubleshooting:

If you get an error when trying to send email you may need to enable authentication and check your SMTP Port settings.

1. Click on Tools
2. Click on Accounts...
3. Select the Mail tab at the top
4. Double Click on the email account you wish to change
5. Click "More Settings..." button
6. Click on the Outgoing Server tab
7. Tick the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
8. Click on the Advanced tab
9. Next to Incoming server (IMAP): 143 or (POP3): 110
10. Next to Outgoing server (SMTP): 587 (If you are not sure please submit a Support Ticket)
11. Click OK
12. Click Next > button
13. Click Finish button
14. Click the Close button

Send yourself an email to email address you have configured above to check that everything is working ok
