How to compose a strong password:
Passwords should be 8 to 12 characters long and composed of letters (upper and lower case) and numbers.
Special characters can also be used eg: ~ @ # $ & ( ) { } [ ] | < > ? - _ = +
Here are some examples of strong passwords. Eg: if I wish my password to be "I need a Holiday in 2013" the password could be composed using the first letters like this "In@H!2o|3". Another example "I need to Remember this Password for Now" could be composed "In2RtP4=N". Please try not to use dictionary words or names. If are going to use a name, please disguise the characters, Eg: mypet1952 could become MyP3t|952~
