Instructions for Eudora (for setting up a new account eg: info@mydomainname.com):

1. Open Eudora
2. From the Tools menu choose Options
3. Select the Getting Started menu at the top
4. Real Name: Type in your real name, click Next
5. Email address: eg: info@mydomainname.com click Next
6. Incoming Mail Server: mail.mydomainname.com
7. Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.mydomainname.com click Next
8. Login name: [Enter your email username, this will be the same as the email address you wish to collect email from eg: info@mydomainname.com]
9. Click OK

Instructions for Eudora (for setting up a new Personality):

1. Open Eudora
2. From the Tools menu choose Personalities
3. Right Mouse Click on Dominant and click New
4. Select Create brand new account click Next
5. Personality Name: eg: info@mydomainname.com, click Next
6. Your Name: Type in your real name, click Next
7. Email address: eg: info@mydomainname.com, click Next
8. Login name: [Enter your email username, this will be the same as the email address you wish to collect email from eg: info@mydomainname.com]
9. Incoming Mail Server: mail.mydomainname.com click Next
10. Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.mydomainname.com click Next
11. Click OK
