When is my Account Due for my Server?

If you are paying Monthly, your account is due on the aniversary date each month in advance for that month. EG: If your account was created on 21/10 then the next anniversary would be 21/11.

If paying Annually your account is due 12 months from the date your Account started. You will receive your Annual Invoice 21 days prior to it becoming due.

Invoice Payment:
Payment can be processed by Clicking on the Invoice in your account. If you wish to pay by Credit Card and if the PayPal Checkout button is not showing, under Payment Method, select PayPal - Credit Card [Mastercard, Visa]. The Invoice will reload and the PayPal Checkout button will appear. Click on the PayPal Checkout button to continue, your transaction will be processed through PayPal Secure processing servers.
We also offer Stripe - [Mastercard, Visa, Amex] - 2 Day Processing as another form of Credit Card processing for those who do not have a PayPal account. Payment made through Stripe can take from 2-3 days to reach our Bank (longer before Weekends), so please keep this in mind to make sure the payment reaches our account in time for the Renewal of your server.

Manual Payments:
When paying by Direct Deposit or International Money Transfer, please make sure that the payment will reach us by the due date
(some Banks can take up to 2 business days for the funds to reach our account, this can take longer on Public Holidays).

Funds transferred after the Bank's cutoff time for the day, may not reach us until the following Business day. Please notify us by Submit a Support Ticket as soon as you have made payment, with your Transaction Details.
Payment made directly to our PayPal account, is not automatically credited to your account, unless processed through the PayPal (Credit Card) dropdown link (under Payment Method) on your online Invoice. Please notify us by Submit a Support Ticket as soon as you have made payment, with your Transaction Details.


For services such as Web Hosting, Domain Name Renewal, Dedicated Server, Managed Dedicated Server, Virtual Private Server, payment must be received before 6:00AM on the due date to avoid your service being automatically suspended. Services will not be automatically renewed unless payment has been received into our PayPal or Bank Account by the date due.

NB: We do not store Credit Card information on our server for security. All Credit Card payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe processing servers. You do not need to have a Paypal Account or Stripe Account to be able to pay by Credit card.
