To forward your email to another email address, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Login to your CPanel eg: http://mydomainname.com/cpanel or http://mydomainname.com.au/cpanel, enter your web hosting username and password
Step 2. Click on Forwarders
Step 3. Click on Add Forwarder
Step 4. In the box next to Address to Forward: Pease enter your correct first part of your email eg: enquiries. Make sure you have selected the correct domain name from the dropdown eg: mydomainname.com or mydomainname.com.au.
Under Destination --> Forward to email address: enter the email address you wish to forward to
Check all details are correct and click on Add Forwarder
Step 5: click on <- Go back
Step 6: Check that ADDRESS and FORWARD TO are correct. Under FUNCTIONS click on Trace to check the email forward.
Deleting the Forwarder:
Follow Steps 1 and 2 above, on the screen similar to above under FUNCTIONS click on Delete
ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO LOGIN TO CPANEL:
- Login to your Auzzie.Biz account at: https://auzzie.com/clients
- Click on My Products / Services
- Under My Products & Services click on View Details (on the right)
- Under Product Details click on Login to cPanel
- Follow Steps 2 to 6 above.
NB: Forwarding your email to another email address does not delete your email off the server. Please check and clear your email on the server regularly. If your email box on the server is full, you will not be able to receive email until it has been cleared.
